Im 176cm 155lbs, quite buff but not bodybuilder buff...say like tom welling-buff. I dont lift weights, I just do mainly bodyweight excercise...and I decided I wanna get ripped. I can my 6pacs only if under the right lighting and if i flex...i wanna get ripped 2 make it more visible. Its sort of like a goal to me, since im quite free recently...I cycle/run 4-5 times a week and is now watching out for what i eat. But I thought an extra boost frm the supplements would help
Anywayz, anyone who uses fat-loss supplements? I know some famous brands liek hydroxycut and xenadrine, but GNC sells them at like $130+ what a f.ucking rip off!!! Do you guys think its really worth it? thankx

well...the key in getting washboard abs is to get rid of the layer of fat covering it...cuz everyone already hav 6pacs its juz that its not visible. Well, working hard on the abs would help, but first priority is get rid of the fats mahz
its like those powerlifters, they can lift a crapload and they are huge but they dont hav ripped arms cuz they dont do alot of cardio...yea
