Where to find Pig's tongue or brains in singapore?(The dish)

  Ok I need to find a stall that still serves these dishes in Singapore... Kinda rare nowadays!!! Does anyone noe of any restaurant or hawker stall?

  brains, you can find at Maxwell market.. they have double-boiled brain soup there..

  pig's brain soup, i think most dun tang (stewed soup) stalls in singapore offer, just that they don't put it on their menu. you have to ask them. i love to eat pig's brain, though very long never eat le. like spongy, tofu kind.
  
  try the one at coffee city, amk ave 6, blk 728. (near courts, broadway cinema.)

  tongue, i've seen sometimes in the kuay chap places.. those which use real pork instead of the duck we keep seeing now..

  I remember seeing pig's tongue being sold in a stall at Serangoon Gardens hawker centre (not chomp chomp, the other one).. and i think they sell deep fried pig's ear as well...

  I also know nice to eat, after I see the stats for cholestrol then I think twice. Never ate anymore after.
