Hi Fellow forumers...
I've got a question to ask. Are we allowed to purchase DVDs from auction sites like EBay.com and have them delivered here to Singapore. FYI, the DVD is a concert performed by The Eagles and it's the original DVD, meaning it's not a pirated copy. Is it legal? Will Singpost or whatever authority confiscate it?

The best is to forward your question to MDA and they're in best position to advice you. There will be different opinion here, and thus it's not reliable.

Yes you are allow to buy from oversea and delivery to Singapore.
It go through the usual mail & parcel check, if it is DVD, they will auto pass it to MDA for censorship. The singpost or whatever will not inform you, once the MDA did the censorship they will inform you to collect it and payment for censorship.
By right MDA don't is not in a position to enforce copyrights - not its job. But then it better be orginial, incase the person had a bad day and decide to pass it on to the relavent parties that due with copyrights.
