what are those ugly black markings on the top left and bottom right on the monitor? It about a month since these things start "growing" on the screen and its seems to me its getting bigger! Issit possible a case of dead cells and issit possible can i get the screen replaced without purchasing a new one -
Your monitor is eating itself out.
If that picture of yours is so small and I can spot those black things from where I'm seating, yes its time to get a new one. -
Mine has a light blue line streak.
I assume that part burnt out or something. -
It's dead pixel. Think time for new one already. If under warranty, maybe can get it repaired, so can giveaway to your friendly rubbish chute

Dead pixels. Replace monitor if it is still under warranty. Buy new one if warranty expired.

Try using Samsung or LG LCD. I have been using it for 2 years and no problem.
