Do you usually need to fork out deposit for the PUB bills ? Does anyone know?
Usually PUB bills no need to deposit..
just the one month deposit for rental and first month upfront
but some owners will ask for about 100-200 deposit for pub incase next time you move out but the bill for current month havent come then will offset the bill after the payment balance return you lor
