the trick is to be patient and press all the options there is and FINALLY, when they realise there are no computerised options left, they let u speak to a human being

To be honest with you, Starhub service is getting better than Singtel... Starhub at least you press the buttons at the end they let you speak to a human... Singtel help line is always busy, you can't speak to anybody... Came for the call centre 1626 previously, fear not that u feel no one is answering. The queue system is unique in all telecommunications call centre. There will be someone answering u, afterall they are phone experts can't afford to screw up their own internal answering system rite
