I feel better when I sweat it out by running, going to the gym etc.
Based on conventional theory, exercise actually harms the body by increasing the no. of free radicals in your body. And over exerting of your body limits will do weaken your immune system which means U will fall sick easily but then, I feel better when I exercise. Maybe its because I am a bear...![]()
