if so u should try to gain muscle mass instead of just eating in a gluttonly fashion and gaining fat mass in the end
plan your diet to get more carbo (for energy to work out) and protein (to build muscle mass),work out via anaerobic exercise majorly and keep aerobic exercise like running to a minimum since aerobic exercise actually reduce body mass
And yes you do need to get enough sleep so that the body can repair the worn out muscle from the exercise and build them up again into bigger ones
