  If got school, usually i sleep around 3am and wakes up at 7,8am...Sleeps around 4-5 hours..sometimes 3 hours
  
  If not sch, usually i sleep around 4,5am and wakes up around 12,1pm..sleeps around 8-11 hours

  Stay in day - Sleep at 7pm wake up at 7:15am the next day...
  
  Stay out day - Sleep at around 1:45am wake up at 6am...
  
  BTW I am a NSF who was required to stay in 2 days per week...
