Mentally unstable teacher at my school(Its true)

He teaches DnT at my school, i wont reveal the name of my school, i still have some respect for my school.My friend is in his class as an eyewitness
1)He slapped 3 pupils and gently hammer 1 pupil at the genital area for NO good reason, he is currently being investigated by the vice principal.He aggressively denied this..
2)This few days i saw him at school with his shirt tucked out and unshaved moustache and beard.
3)He licks a candy wrapper
4)Waves and mutters to himself
5)Heard that his shirt reeks of beer stench at times.
6)He said he wanted to treat my friend ice milo and chicken burger, but my friend(s) got a buttered bun and a packet of ice and he paid the vendor in indonesian currency.
7)During dnt when pupils are doing artefact making, he takes a mallet and bangs the wall.
Told a pupil to F.uck off( exact words) at a bus when she said hi to him
9)Likes to change his statement, for example a project theme called learning aids(Like multiplication table)He said you can make a desktop because you can put your paper there and study and learn thats why its called a learning aid when students asked him if they could built a desktop, he said since when is a desktop a learning aid.
10)Bad mouth other teachers, called one a fat-b.itch and another big muscle a.sshole
He asked my friends where they went for holiday so they asked him first,suddenly he questioned, why are you talking?, who asked you to talk?.
He gave permission for pupil to go to the toilet, then later he asked where did you go?, who asked you to go out?.
I heard he is suffering from advanced stage depression and self-repose, heard its some family matter during the holidays. -
oh wow..thats scary..and i thought teachers that gave homeworks were the worst..

When i was in sec school 95-96, sec 2 i think, i used to have a teacher like him...Everyone in the school knows he has a neuro-related disease ....But he was stable and calm not like the guy u said...Only when he gets angry he dont realise what he is doing. -

maybe it's probably of him having a bad family time or too stressed up at work...for teachers have to maintain their standard as in the class he/she teach have to like how many percent passes etc lor...
quite a lot of pressure too...
maybe too things just clash together, then he has gone berserk....
get him to seek counselling see see lor...maybe it will help... -
report him to the principal lor...he needs some help

i thought complaining about teachers (I really mean complaining to the higher authorities (principal/ministry)) is the in thing today? how come such a psycho can still teach in the sch despite his insane behaviour? No one complained about him meh?
I think the govt is desperate for teachers... never QC properly.... quality of teachers have dropped tremendously.... -
