  A hearty discussion which may happen to u(as it happen to my fren when I accompany her) if your health is in undesirable state, which will u choose :
  
  A public hospital, which the most beneficial factor is, the heavily subsidized fees. Indeed, your life is also heavily subsidized with each consultant/specialized” doc (e.g. u paid $30 for less than 7mins of his time, though u can appreciate tt the doc at least concerned abt your condition n mayb not going ard his pathetic salary job with so many public patients waiting for him, n dun forget he might b so stressed tt ur condition is just one of the minor condition to him but not to u psychologically suffering it)…oh this hospital walls has been plastered “good quality service” ironically or
  
  A private hospital while the fees r nt cheap (but its not insanely high n u noe tt u can afford; at least ur in full hands n attention) ; u also noe the percenatge of recovery may b higher n no relapse.
  
  Really, i like to state unequivocally tt those in medical profession r most admirable ,especially those whom dun treat it as jobs (like my personal prv doc whom tok cock with me though I hv nt met those frm public) but to serve the community with heartÂ…share ur humble experiences n choices

  It depends. Equipment wise private may not have it better than public hospital. A good example, my colleague wanna give birth at gleneagles but she is bearing twins. Her babies come out early so the gyne there actually don't dare do operation but instead send her to NUH to be operated there.
  
  When her baby gotta go inside some room shine light, she see wat? A lot of babies with tags like come from Mount Alvernia, Mount E, Thomson Medical etc etc... It seem consultation private docs has it but equipment wise or complicated operation they don't dare do. They shift it back to gahmen hospital.
  
  There is another case of my fren wife colleague who had some complication during give birth and guess wat, the private hospital docs send her to KK.
  
  Conclusion: in terms of equipment and seeking for more doctors consultation public hospital has it better than private. Nowadays gahmen hospital very very big and spacious with air-con all around, it is not those olden times my parents era hospital
