  i got a bad experience. Bugis Seiyu level 3 - Waterman Pen section.
  
  i bought a pen from there and also a wrapper with glossy silver color for the salesperson to wrap.
  
  after she finish wrapping i was shocked because she wrap the silver color inside and exposing the ugly part of the wrapper. i told her i pay money for tt silver color...but she say the silver side hard to paste scotchtape so she use her initiative to turn it over....i nv come across such a person.
