What can we do to stop it?
Some RGS people i know are already making plans on Migration after graduating...then who will take care of our singapore? we need bright minds to run it... -

We can always use money to attract foreign talents to replace those leaving Singapore.

Agree totally. Know why our country reserves run into billions of dollars? Becuz they strongly believe with money they can achieve a lot of so called impossible things. Ever observe whenever a major crisis hit spore any comments on withdrawing from reserves will be shot down? It is always work with watever available cash they have on hand.
They are training me to be like them as time goes by. Is that good or bad?

I'm in China, where life is currently somewhat better. A bigger place, a maid, transport to and from work, and a good career path in front of me. All because I'm bilingual and have plenty of teaching and administrative experience (besides having an entreprenuerial streak in me).

Not surprising... job prospects not very bright here anyway.
Say what economy getting better... but pay still sucks! Living standards still as good as a decade ago.
Everything is rising except for our salary!
