  guys who are sociable, presentable and mid-income family without financial problems are more attractive to gals ba. den we can talk about their hobbies, interests, festishs, etc. dats wad i think la. i not gal, cannot be accurate.

  Looks are secondary
  
  Cash - loads of it
  Car - at least a Mazda 3
  Condominium - all will do, preferably in town area
