Question about moderators

  Let say, A clone makes a forum and somehow FireIce goes in and posts something.. Can the clone use diameter 1cm ban button on FI?
  
  And if the clone cannot due to FI being a mod, If I make a forum and hence is a Mod there.. Do I get some sort of anti-ban thinga-ma-jiggy?
