Drooling when sleeping

  how to curb this habit..always see saliva spots on my bed after sleep or nap...sometimes worse doze off on train n i can drool also....

  I trained to cramped my lips down before sleeping. That worked until I got tired doing that night by night and just accepted the fate as a drooler.

  I do it too... Sometimes, if I'm lucky, when my lips are very dry, then I won't be drooling.

  tape your mouth with masking tape before you sleep

  'coz i only drool when i have block nose, why? because i breath thru mouth then mouth open of course drool loh..

  yep the best way is probably NOT to sleep to your side but facing the ceiling.
