You are using a Intel Centrino 2200BG Wireless chipset. This is a known issue concerning use of WPA or TKIP with an old driver. This update is marked as
CRITICAL.
Please
update the Intel PRO 2200BG Mini PCI adapter wireless software for Windows 2000, XP to version 8.1.0.28 or later (actual most updated is 10.1.0.3 or 9.0.3.9).
Installing the new driver will clear any WEP or WPA keys you may have saved. You'll just need to re-enter the keys to connect to your encrypted networks.
If issue persists, unfortunately, try disabling all forms of encryption, or use WEP 64/128-bit.
