IF the **** government didn't keep increasing the bloody tax on cigarettes, would all this shit happen? And i wonder what happens to the cigarettes they confiscate. Heard that sometimes officers take some of the contraband leh, be it ciggies or pirated dvds. One thing for sure is, you don't really see this nonsense that much 6 years ago, when ciggies were still cheap.
