hey so this guy is not famous enugh like tony buzan or Anthony robbin??
my girl is 11, and i think she should hv no prob sitting still and listening....only prob is the quality of the talk...if its just another talk that parents always give the kids ' take fish ah, good for your brain...u must read mah, then reverse lor....blah blah blah....' then i might as well save the money and switch on my nagging mode....
some parents sent their children to tony buzan or the local guys' camp for a cost of S$2000/, i wonder how value money are these camp....
their school's teacher ever taught them the mind mapping taught by tony buzan...but i think it just die of natural death in the course of their studies.... too tedious i think.....
by the way the original price (to public) is S$850/ for this talk...the school gotten a special price.... -

the others are either talkin in singlish, or givin some very sucky presentation or they're dronin on monotonously -

he gave a talk in my school before, nothing really special though.. all that he said, can be read indepth with more detail in books like uncommon sense by dr mel gill.
however, dr mel gill's seminar is a must go, i went there once because i was forced to, but at the end of the day, i was really happy that i was forced to go there.. in fact, i really enjoyed it -

umm i think they are different one is a psycology (sp??) while the other is more on methodologies.....
just like anthony robbins is more on mental while tony and steve covey is on methodology?
i think there is another local guy who does the A Slice of LIfe which is similar to Dr Mel Gill.....they are good....National library has the book Uncommon Sense....maybe one of these days i will land my hand on one of them.... -

yes i agree, if it can help them a long way (efficient and effective learning methods to allow more spare relax time) a S$168 is definitely worth it.. -
