Hi hi......Just wondering.... how many Singaporeans are willing to pay for a old movie of your REQUEST screeened on local cinemas with a cheaper price? For eg. Titanic or some old stephen chow movies screened upon your REQUEST. I am currently working on a unverisity project that required all Singaporean humble opinions. Thanks alot in advance!!
P/s : I know you will all say, like that why not I watch at home? Because watching at cinemas could well be a very different experience althogether. People's company, sound and video effects etc and possbility of finding that old movie etc. -
it depends on various factors mah..like what movie is it, where is the screening held, if i have the time or not, and if my friends are free... yups... good luck wif yr research..

What if ch 5 no show lei ? Those old old movies that once captured your heart. Or those old stephen chow movies or andy lau or aaron kwok that type ma.. Wat if the cinemas can open a slot at the peak hour on weekends lei ? Sometimes you can't find the movie that u want to watch all of a sudden lo. Be it free dowload from internet or pirated VCDs. Hee...Agree ? Also, what if the cinema can provide a catalogue of old movies for you to browse? Will you go ? Will you go?

I wouldn't. For me, I never watch the same movie twice unless it's really really good and good movies come like once, maybe none, a year.

Yup. It's pay per view. My sellling point is : You can watch your desired movie that once captured your heart in a cinema with your friends, with other strangers sharing the same interests as you. The whole atmosphere in the cinema. It's like, watching alone at home sometimes is boring, also you might not be able to find the specifc VCD to buy if you are thinking of buying. Also, it's cheaper than normal movie tickets. The effects are better also, rather than watching at home.

Pay per view concept takes off only for those blue movies in those foreign countries. For normal movies pay per view can make money?

I am willing to pay $2 to $3 for that, but we must be allowed to bring in our own snacks and drinks too

those old 1 can find 1 , manage to find them .
although the sound system everything not as gd as cinema when u watch at hm , but still not bad what , can keep as collection also -

Why would a cinema want to screen old movies at peak time slots at cheaper price compared to a new movie at regular price?They must be crazy to want to do that
