in malaysia, 012 belongs to maxis. 01xxxxxxx belongs to mobile lines, 02 to 09 belongs to state land lines. and even mobile lines have locality differences.

and they should ask for more O type blood... cos O+ can donate to O+, A+, B+ and AB+
