look for job for the younger generation now should not focus on easy and requires little interaction.

also if you can during iinterview speak to the ones u will be working with in the department and see how they scrutinize your application forms. many are so called laujiao who stay in the company very long but do not know what the world outside is calling for in a job applicant...or they either know it too much that they dare not leave their current placement.
also if can check the working environment and how the company layout...if u jave been working more many companies, been to many plant touring yu can now compare how they present themselves and how that so called ISO certificate is earned

when interviewer ask silly questions or ask questions that is way below your level to answer...stop no need to talk so much anymore the interview can end now.
the HR department should be the last to step in for the interview. the job applicant should have a copy of the company's employee handbook to read before the interview begins because it tell all the company ffront policies and benefits...no need a HR exec to good through over and over again everday everytime a job applicant comes in...we know how to read and we know what are "benefits".
