  guys i need a big favour..
  
  you know those feedback forms on websites got some wordings above saying 'we are wanting to hear from you and your feedback will be beneficial to us.. and stuffs'
  
  im doing up a site now can anyone of you help me think of one?

  nope not that..
  
  i think i know how to do it roughly..
  
  but normally before they show you the form..
  
  they will tell you stuffs like 'your feedback will be beneficial to us to better serve you'..
  im hoping someone can write up 1 for me cause my english is not so good..
