Asking another extremely stupid question..

  I wanna make a ATM card for the first time, What must I bring? I'm 16 going 17 this year so I don't need PC.. And how they give me? I go collect or they send by mail?

  Go to the bank and apply, give it to you straight on the bl00dy spot. And you need to bring your IC and passbook.

  What's your bank ? If UOB, I would suggest getting a debit is better for you.

  If you need to pay those O Levels fees, pay by cash. If that school don't accept, then use your parents' de. Having an ATM card is no good, considering that ATM are widely available in Singapore.

  Having the ATM card is for convenience. Imagine having to lug hundreds and thousands of cash around when you go out to buy a pc or laptop...very unsafe, right?
  
  As to the temptation to overspend, one has to discipline oneself .
