Need help about course fees of SHATEC's courses

Eligibility
Hi,
Singaporean/Permanent Residents
Applicants must have at least 3 “O” levels passes including a credit pass in English. Applicants will be required to attend an interview.
International Applicants
Applicants must have at least 10 to 12 years of general education. If the medium of education is not English, an applicant must show proof of proficiency in the English Language by obtaining a minimum score of 550 points in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or Band 5.5 in International English Language Test System (IELTS).
Alternatively, applicants can take the English Entrance Exam at SHATEC (examination fee of S$30).
International applicants who do not meet the stipulated English proficiency requirements may be offered entry into SHATECÂ’s extended programme that includes an additional 360-hour pre-course Foundation Studies.
Where possible, international applicants are required to attend interviews.
Course Fee
Sin $12,600.00* (Singaporeans/Permanent Residents)
Sin $15,781.50* (International Applicants)
Sin 17,724.00* (International Applicants-Extended Programme)
I would like to know if $12,600 the course fee for Diploma of Hotel Management is per annum or throughout the 3-year course?? Kindly enlighten on this.

is shatec run by government ?
if so maybe got discount
if its private then i think thats the amount for 1 year -

ur quote is incomplete.
remember that there is a * at all the prices. So you should check out the very last sentence/exclaimer/clause, in fine print to know.

The price is thru out the 3 years.
