  OS phone we call them smart phone ? What interesting software can be downloaded. I know there's one remote controller software for tv .. other ?

  OS phone? Windows Mobile Phone Edition u mean?
  
  then u can use them like a Windows Mobile PDA, install Pocket PC programs (*.cab).
