argh! pimple outbreak! acne!

  alamak. suddenly my face alot of pimple scars and pimples. not to mention my always there de acne suddenly worsen like mad. how come ah? sian anyway to lower the infection anot?
  
  i now using a acne facial wash, how come use liao no effect instead become worse.~

  some face wash not suitable for your skin one... it might make your skin too dry and become more prone to acne instead

  Don't wash your face too often. wash twice a day is enough. Wash too much can deprive your face of moisture and remove the natural barreir against germs . It can also change the ph of the skin resulting in More acne.
  
  I think for your case better to get those face wash from pharmacy with neutral ph and gentle cleansing. Or else see docter .

  knn, the NSC no use 1 arh...
  they only give 1 type of clenser..
  and i tested the p.H value of it, can't remb but it is quite strong for me...
  i think its only suitable for acne cases... while mine is mainly oily for T zone and dry at other areas...
  
  i would suggest you go to facial centres or seek beautician for help..

  drink more water, drink cooling herbal stuffs...
  
  wash face TWICE, no more no less..
  
  eat more fruits, vegs...
  
  exercise
