..... 3 years back i really didn't liked myself, not physically but emotionally. I was emotionally screwed up that i don't even know who i am any more. It took me quite awhile to know what's the problem and try to overcome it. I had found my feeling back and are as happy ever.
How about you people? any things like too soft? too hot tempered? too handsome/pretty or others?? Are you doing anything to overcome it?

I like myself all the while, its only when i get into depression abt 3 yrs ago that i started hating everything and myself. I became violent, want to hit/beat everyone I see. After that period, i settled myself (but depression still there) until mid 2004 I 'saw' something in my mind (its like flashback to the time before i get into depression to what happened during i was in depression) that lasted for abt a year (around mid 2005). I no longer saw the flashback and i became much better emotionally.
The only thing thats troubling me now is i put on 20kg of weight, got to lose it my first time being overweight..

last time in primary school i used to be very very very shy. i seldom spoke to anyone... and i think alot of them thought i was dao.... haha. but as the years went by i began to be more open towards outsiders and out-going,
and i like the way i am now -

when i see ppl more successful than me, i hate myself for not attaining that level, but when i see ppl who fail, i'm glad that i did not face the same problem.
