types of inconsiderate neighbors

1. hang out wet laundries despite seeing lower level have hang out laundries.
2. blocked common walked way - placing their personnel items.
3. loud and disturbed noise after 12am.
4. Throw down waste foods from kitchen to feed cats & birds (some ended on those unlucky vehicles which parked @wrong spot)
5. Left bulky waste items @common area w/o informing Town Council.
what else to add? -
On their hi fi very loud like wanna show off like tat. Be it for see show or listen music. Wan ppl think he/she very rich can buy hi fi

Some examples:
- neighbour upstairs like to wash master bedroom toilet at 6am (making "kock kock" sounds) or pound chilli at 6.30am
- another from 2 doors away likes to burn his joss paper outside my and another neighbour's doors (1 door away) but never outside his own home
- another 2 floors' up yesterday hung her wet mope outside the kitchen window, above the whole block's laundry, without even wringing the mope dry. She was on the 2nd highest level of the block.
I think they must be retarded in some way.

I guess every type of house has its fair share of problems.
HDB would be inconsiderate neighbours and due to its density and vicinity, people get affected directly/indirectly.
Condo usually more "legal" problems, like my (downstairs neighbour) toilet is leaking now because you (upstairs neighbour) never maintain your pipes. Therefore under the LAW, you must pay.
when visiting my friend's condo, his neighbours "ambush" my friend saying he vandalised their shoes. Then make a big hoohaa, they kind of purposely wait for the opportunity got outside people (me) visiting my friend so as to embarrass him. But plan failed, I know my friend for 15 years and he doesn't do such thigns.
But i think Condo problems are very much like HDB problems liao nowadays since Condos are built very much like HDB now.
For Semi-detached..... 2 words ---> Everitt Road.
Bungalows problems.... maids gossiping which will lead to their masters gossipping. Their maid will tell your maid that her "ma'am" son make another girl pregnant, then your maid tell your "ma'am" who will tell other people and the rumours begin.
If everynow and then you will get visits from MediaCorp representative or some Tupperware Salesperson. MediaCorp will distrub you to offer your place for filming and such. -
