  asking a noob question..wat if a friend of mine apply visa to come to s'pore, can i bring him to other country again?ie..batam. Thx.

  You will need to check whether the next visiting country (In your case Batam)require your friend to apply for Visa or not.

  Batam => Indonesia.
  
  if ur friend needs a visa to come into singapore...my guess is that he/she will also need a visa for indonesia...

  visa got single entry or multiple entry
  
  if you applied for single entry singapore visa, then he cannot return to singapore after going out from it to indonesia.
