WHy does SG always show Caucasians on TV?

  Hi All,
  
  As an overseas born Chinese, I was pretty disappointed to see that tv, radio and print in SG always has a lot of Caucasians and Eurasians, even though they are only 0.5% of the population!
  
  In Australia, the only time Asians are on tv are if:
  
  1. they are beautiful females.
  
  2. they play the love interest of a Caucasian.
  
  In SG- they often show Caucasians and Eurasians on Dating shows, write columns in newspapers instead of SG'ns, and are radio DJ's and newsreaders.
  
  Also in SG, the female asian actresses often also marry Caucasians.
  
  Where is the Asia for Asians??????
