i am not sure but logically speaking likely you can wait long long for poly students below the age of 21 to have any bonus.
Almost all poly students are below age 21 so they cannot vote,if you cannot vote,why will they give you any bonus to let you be happy so that you will continue to vote for them. -

Oh yeah, just read the budget stuff.
NSmen who haven't completed their training cycle only $100. $300 will be given upon completion of training cycle.
That's like 15+ years away! They so sure they'll be in power 15+ years later and Singapore will still exist?

because i get NOTHING from them, yet pay more school fees.

all living in 1-4 room flats with annual property value of 6k or less will get 800 dollars if their annual declared income is 24k or less...those annual income 24k or more gets 600 dollars
those withh annual propertu value greater than 6k will get 600 if they earning 24k or less declared annual income and 400 dollars if they earning moore than 24k declared annual income
check with IRA on the declared property value of your flat
NSmen both active and completed NS 10-13 yr reservist cycle will get 400 dollars extra on top of the above mentioned hand outs. current HSF who still serving 2-2.5 yrs NS will get 100 dollars first. Once they ORD and join the reservist cycle training, they will get the reminder 300 dollars

yeh and for those who keep their NSS....tthe paid out is 9.4 %...so i thnk can get about 200 dollars if you hav not encash them yet...drawback is can only withdraw the earned interest on 2008
