  websai & e-catalogue is down. sigh.
  
  11am to 9pm from my memory. before the rationalisation of librayr opening hours, it was 12nn to 9pm.

  definitely not. only standalone libraries open at nine.
  
  woodlands is famous for opening late anyway, if u noe.

  i think..... 9am to 9pm on weekdays & saturdays, 9am to 5pm on sundays.
