they say they will give u a passage liek reporting weather.. then have to make public sppech? -
They will ask you verbally if you have any customer service experience, and then start bombarding you with related questions. If you don't answer coherently, its sayonara sister.

Just go there be lively and chat alot.

They will most likely ask you why you like the job, why you want to be in it. And they might ask you what you know about the job demands. It's better to find out everything you can about the job and SIA before the interview. Then you throw to the interviewers whatever you know.
