because nowadays among Indians , olden names are coming back ..probably they fused it with modern name ...Eg they make it sound like Italian or english names by adding 2 or 3 letters at the back..or the name itself needs no modification because it sound like just how they want...They consult their astologer fpr the auspiciousness of the name..
