If a person is sentenced to death. Then if the person very strong and he doesn't die the first time he is hanged, will they hang him again?
Of course, I heard the ropes for hanging got thorns on them... but my point is if you execute a death sentence on a person and ehe is so lucky he doesn't die, will they try to execute him again? -
will die one. not to worry. they'll just leave you hanging there to die.

in US there' s a guy who is suppose to b on a death sentence and was put on a electric chair.
And v luckily some fault occur and the chair isn't wroking
so he escape frm death!

death by hanging is not letg the guy hang n suffocate.
hanging a person is n artform. they will weigh the person. n measure out sufficient rope to allow him to gain enuf momentum during the drop to snap his neck wen the rope goes taut.

Sentence to be hanged and sentence to death is different.

i dunno whether this is true but i heard before that there was a case in the past where a person was sentenced to hang but did not die so he escaped death as the lawyer representing the criminal argued that the verdict was sentenced to hang and he has already fulfilled the sentenced therefore cannot be hanged again ... that is why nowadays the sentence passed by judges always reads sentenced to hang to death ....

ther is no term in a court of law as sentence to be hanged.

sentenced to death / life imprisonment / blah blah blah
death by hanging / electrocution / lethal injection
