Working long hours = high employment rate

If company hire people to work very very long hours, then this will create high UN-employment rate. Just do some calculation you will see why. At then end, who will lose more, the company or the health of the worker?

how many ppl actually bothered to read the MOM acts and sue their employers for overwork and underpaid and lack of benefits?

i used to work until as late as 11pm with no OT pay.
in the end i was forced to leave my former company because my new boss was unhappy that i left work on time.
