  after following the whole procedure and you still get "unable to process transaction". close the web browser and try again.. ( depending on ur tyco-ness)

  from yahoo search site, open Cache in new window.
  
  u will need to input two times so get ready to copy and paste.
  
  after every check, when results are displayed, select Exit. let it take u back to JAE site and close window.
  
  if u encounter any errors, press Continue.
  
  the Exit and Continue are required to reset and end your session with the Public Service Apps server. dun refresh the page at any time.
