Very tired - reach home -> ?

What is the first thing you would do when you reach home and you are very tired after work or after a good sport game?
There are times I just go and rest on the sofa and then wake up to find that the sun has risen.

Very rarely exercise until all sweaty dont bathe then sleep one la... gross leh.. even if I am not those very clean type.... -
