I have always wonder why spore got NO foreign debt and the way I see they govern the country I can roughly know why liao. I still cannot accept the fact a country can no need borrow money from World Bank. It can only mean you are so money self sufficient!!!!
So does spore lend money out to other country to borrow to earn the interest? But some countries you lend money is got go neber come back
