  Honestly, when I tried the chicken rice a couple of years ago at Mandarin, I really didn't find anything special about the chicken rice.
  
  Nevertheless, it's just nice that some legacy gets to be continued. I will try again this time and see what I have missed out the few years ago.

  hawker centre+low class+no air con = good food.
  go home+high class(comp n such)+air con = bad food.
