Orchard Rd drug bust

According to TNP, 2 S'poreans & 4 expat teens were nabbed for suspected drug use. They were seen going up to the stairwell on the top floor of an Orchard shopping centre for the past 2 weeks. Thus, it gives suspicions to the secutiry personnel.
It was happened at Orchard Shopping Centre, when they are smoking. As the security guards move in, they dispose the 2 self-rolled cigarettes with "greenish" tobacco.

Those ppl were very suspicious and try to hide 'something' from them, the security guards.
One of them was out on bail after similar arrest last week. -
