  But think of this
  
  Rental for upgraded hawker centre is abt close to $3000, plus your PUB bill and your wages you have to sell say abt 5500 cups a month bef you can make profit That's why Singaporean many at the end of the day dun earn much cos of high overheads...

  It depend..... If the location crowd is less and too mani similiar stall u may suffer.... example are maxwell market there is so many drink stall there sometimes i dont even know which 1 to visit.......
