ITE's BEST, WISE programme and GCE 'N'-Level

My fren's bro didnt have PSLE
He enrolled himself in the ITE BEST programme
have passed and now taking the WISE module programme
Just taken the WISE module 3 in English and is awaiting for result
May i know
1. What other subject he must take in order for him to be qualify for taking N-level?
2. If he passed his WISE module 3, what other subject he must take to be qualify to take GCE'N' level -
No one knows????
