  u dont understand the situation, so dont jump into conclusions.
  
  the thing is, i should be going to the ns now since im not schooling. but they say they can defer me if a polytechnic enrolls me. I applied for the poly through DAE and the results wont be out until maybe mid April.

  it's hard unless u have contacts in BMTC.
  
  based on current schedule, likely there is one intake in end Feb, early Apr, mid-June, early July.
