It really had to depend how heavy is yr documents & u need to weight it at the sam machine or U can send it over the counter but U had to be patient cos of its long Q..
Better to send it by registered mail (which have the tracking number) & it can able to track where is yr documents..
& it is cost $2 on top of yr postage stamps..
If u save that $2 % send it by normal mail & it have a high chance of geeting it lost, Yr documents will be gone... forever le...
