Does anyone goes to Pulau Ubin?

Does anyone of you here goes to P. Ubin before?
For me, this year, I am planning to go there for my camp. It is on the 17-18 Mar 2006.

Yea, I used to go there every week to cycle. The place is ok, but sometimes in the forest can lose my way

You stay there or you go there very often. -
nice...but pretty short place...2-3 hours of cycling already explore whole island....and quite alot of mosquito there...got one on my hand while cycling

Don't cycle for a day or two after rain stops, cos if you do, your bike won't look like a bike.
I think you have to pay the boatman $2 bucks to ship your own bike over. -

Went there in 2003, the place is spectually good. An enjoyable off-shore island.
When I was there together with my family, I did cycled from one end to another along the beach.
But too bad the villages are quite unpleasant.

yeah i go Pulau Ubin to cycle too. bike was damn dirty. i dont know when it did rain anyway. went there on xmas eve recently.

Cycling at P. Ubin is quite fun. I've went cycling with my church friends during a camp and we had great fun cycling on the given tracks. Whole day and it's pure fun.

That OBS jetty jump, been hearing that it is not safe to jump during low tide as of appearance of rubbish dumped by ships that passes by?

1. u bring ur own bike and it gets dirty and muddy
2. u pee into the sea at the OBS campsite.
