Anyone took graduation photos at a studio?

I am thinking of bringing my family to take graduation photos at a studio. The famous Hougang Broadway quoted me between 300 - 400.
Thinking of comparing prices first. Anyone got any suggestions to take photos at other studio? What is the price range like?

Got Serangoon one.

because i was recommended to go Broadway... but dunno which one is the real one. hah
But from threadstarter's quote... Hougang broadway like cheaper than serangoon one leh.
I was quoted $700 plus for family one.
But i can go as low as $110 for a 8R size pic. -

i think was abt 500bucks..cant rem the frame size because i cant excess their price list now..sorry about that
it was pretty reasonable given the size of the frame and they return us all the photos taken.
And it is canvas....so consider quite cheap..
rem, if you wan to ask price list for other shops, ask them whether it is canvas or not...because canvas cost more.. -

my fren just grad from SIM.......going to take in serangoon broadway (i think the gown is rent from there one)
the package like very ex leh...
got some studios can let u take with ur pet.......

1 big photo + 6 small one (all the same pose) $110 minimum.
1 4R $45
1 5R $60
6 4R (of the same pose with the package) $50.
but LPPL, they are the only ppl in singapore with my Uni gown.
But damn irritating, i step in they ask me if i am looking for BNU (Beijing Normal University) gown shot.
I look cheena meh? -

I think they are also the only one who has my uni gown. Btw, i am from UOL.
I was thinking of renting the gown from them then go another smaller studio to take.. can save some money.. -

I am from UBC in canada.
Actually, you can go to the smaller studio and ask them if they can just custom make the hood for you.
Broadway does this for free, that's why abit ex.
But that's provided you have a picture on how the hood looks like. -
