Something happened in HDB Multi-Storey Carparks

  I have noticed something near the multi-storey carpark. Some students from XXX are trying to play in the car-park, thus there are footprints on the vehicle.
  
  This happened at a multi-storey carpark at CCK Nth 5 recently. The complaints by the members of the public in CCK has been referred to the police & school has been informed.
  
  This incident does NOT appear in the newspapers.

  There is one article long time ago, there was an arson case around the CCK area. (I can recall that Blk 754A Multi-Storey Carpark is the place where the arson occurred, motorbikes are burnt if I'm not wrong)

  There is already evidence. The police notified the school of this case. But I think they must be playing soccer there and thus left the footprints & ball marks on the car body.

  this third storey of the hdb carpark around my block the light always flicker eeriely at night. at night wana buy supper must walk one big round to siam it. scary

  I'm not sure about that kind of rumours, but quiet places are all possible. I've seen couples hugging each other passionately in the middle of a day at the top deck of a carpark before though.
