increased vandalism in hdb areas

...I dont understand recently i hvae been seeing a vandalism everywhere.
The kind u can see in the 80s' when i was in sec school - loanshark messages.
not good signs... means more people are in debt? -

when there is demand...there would be supply...doesnt matter if its the 21st century or before. -

actually, sometimes, i pity those loansharks..(except for those extremes)
they lend pp money, yet pp dun return..and then, kana by police after the borrower called the police..suay or not?
In one of jack neo's movie, they said" we are like bank, only we charge higher interest...but you this type of people, only we loanshark will loan you the money..you go bank n loan, they will reject you."
But i am against those extreme acts by loansharks lah...well, now they have legalised debt collectors...haha... -
the situation is sad .people resort to money borrowing to survive.
my place over here saw one " MR. XXX owe money . never return" -
loan sharks can kill...banks can oni make you bankrupt...bankrupt not too bad wad...cannot take taxi oni...lolx

I've seen a few cases at my block already. I wonder the same thing too, whether have more people turned to loansharks.
